Privacy
Errand is in private testing. This page describes what the service keeps and why. Errand is operated by Tiger Bachmeier LLC, 875 S 700 E Apt 305, Orem, UT 84097, United States. Contact: thetiger@alumni.stanford.edu.
What Errand keeps
- Your messages with the assistant, so it can follow the conversation.
- The shipping address and contact details you give it, to fill in checkout forms.
- Things you ask it to remember, and website logins you choose to save for it. Logins are stored encrypted and are never shown to the AI model.
- A record of orders it placed for you.
- If you connect a Link wallet, the access tokens Link issues, stored encrypted.
Payments
Payments go through your Link wallet. For each purchase Errand requests a single-use card for the exact amount, and you approve it in Link. Errand does not receive or store your card number.
Who sees your data
Messages and pages viewed while shopping are processed by an AI model provider in order to carry out your request. Order details are shared with the merchant you ask Errand to buy from. Your data is not sold and is not used for advertising.
Text messages and phone numbers
If you text or call Errand, we use your phone number and messages only to answer you and carry out what you ask. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Information may be shared only with providers that deliver our service (for example our SMS provider), and only to provide it.
You can stop text messages at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. Message frequency varies with your use. Message and data rates may apply. See Text messages for how people opt in.
Your controls
You can disconnect your Link wallet, remove saved items, or delete everything Errand keeps about you from your workspace, or by texting the assistant.
