Errand is in private testing and is offered as is, to invited testers only. Errand is operated by Tiger Bachmeier LLC, 875 S 700 E Apt 305, Orem, UT 84097, United States. Contact: thetiger@alumni.stanford.edu.

Purchases

Errand places an order only after you approve its exact total. The purchase is between you and the merchant: the merchant's prices, terms, returns and refunds apply. Check the total and items before approving.

Your account

Use Errand only for purchases you are allowed to make, with payment methods and website accounts that are yours. You are responsible for requests sent from your phone number or chat account.

Limits

Errand can make mistakes or fail to complete an order. It will tell you when it cannot finish, and it does not buy substitutes without asking.

Text messaging (SMS) terms

Program: Errand personal assistant messages from Tiger Bachmeier LLC. When you text Errand's number, you agree to receive text messages in reply: answers to your requests, the price of something before you approve it, confirmations of orders or bookings you approved, and reminders you set.

Frequency: message frequency varies with how you use Errand. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out: reply STOP to stop all messages; you will receive one confirmation and no further messages. Help: reply HELP, or email thetiger@alumni.stanford.edu.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We do not share your mobile number or opt-in information with third parties for marketing. See our privacy policy.
